She uses what has unleashed within her from her life experiences and the impeccable training she has received to serve and support your growth and powerful healing. She has a zest for life, a great sense of humour and a love of humanity. Her compassion and caring compel her to make a difference where she can.

Cheryl is a Reiki Channel, Intuitive and Spiritual Teacher with over 20 years of training, experience and exploration in the Mind, Body, Spirit and Personal Development industry.

Cheryl has practised Reiki for 22 years as taught by her beloved Reiki Master, Denise Crundall. She attends and supports classes and workshops with Reiki Masters John Crundall and Ellen Rose. She channels and contributes a quarterly article called “Message from the Mountaintop” for their newsletter since about 2000.

She is a Six-Sensory Leader/Teacher with training for 10 years with Sonia Choquette, her beloved Spiritual Teacher, renowned Author, and Psychic Extraordinaire.

She trained in the Munay-Ki Healing tradition with dynamic Debra Grace, Incan and Tibetan Shaman.

She has worked with “Living with Dying” clients for about 18 years.
She studied the “Enneagram” for 3 years with Joan Mitchell, Psychic and Trainer.
